Deliveries are free for orders in the UK.
- Royal Mail Post using First Class next day services where possible.

If you have other needs or live outside of the UK, please specify the correct delivery charge when ordering goods, e.g. if you live in Ireland you should select the 'European' postage option.
All 'In Stock' orders that are received before 4pm GMT, will be despatched the same day.
Any orders received after 4pm GMT or during the weekend will normally be despatched the following working day.
Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.
STOCK
Unlike some other online outfits, anything marked as 'in stock' is actually in stock and will normally be despatched on the same day (if ordered before 4pm).
VAT
All our prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing UK rate, 17.5%.
We must include VAT for all items delivered to a UK or EU (European Union) address.
Our system calculates the correct price during the checkout process and all prices displayed on this site include VAT.

In Stock
All items in stock on this site are actually in stock and held at our warehouse for immediate same day despatch.
When goods are ordered on our web site, our stock updating system automatically adjusts stock levels so you can never order items that we don't have in stock.
Your Rights
NextDayTyres.com is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law. This means that shopping with us is safe. You won't get ripped off, you’ll get your tyres and we’ll sort out any problems you have.
Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
You have the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been despatched, (see Returns for Refund) up to 7 days from receipt. Our returns policy allows 14 days.
Returns
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used and in perfect condition in its original packaging. (We can tell when tyres have been fitted!).
Please do not return non UST tyres that you have fitted and/or put sealant in as we cannot refund you for these, even if they leak air (you should buy UST specific tyres for this).
Repeat we cannot refund any tyres that we believe to have had tyre sealant put in (it's obvious honestly), as this generally invalidates any manufacturer warranty. In this case, we will send the tyre(s) back to you and require our delivery costs.
As we don’t charge postage, the cost of return postage on non-faulty items must be borne by the customer. Proof of postage must be provided in case of dispute.
Goods which prove unsuitable (but correctly delivered) may be returned for a refund or exchange minus a standard postage cost. As all of the items we sell include the postage charge within the price we reserve the right to deduct the cost of posting the item to you from any refund due, (we have a standard charge of £2.50). If we need to send out an exchange item there will be a further charge for redelivery.
Goods returned after 14 days may be subject to a restocking charge of 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include a copy of your receipt and a full covering letter with all returns and for your protection, please keep your proof of posting.
Credit Card Security
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.
All sensitive information including credit card numbers is handled by a third party payment system, Paypal. This means we will not store (and do not even have access to) any of your credit card information. We obviously need your name/address telephone number etc.
We use secure servers where information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology. SSL works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL and other browsers. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us so you can order with confidence!
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details.
This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you about your order status.
We will also require a telephone number in case we need to contact you and for international orders this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. You have trusted us by giving us these details and we promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about our own products and services. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise. Please Note - We do not store any of your details anywhere on our servers. All sensitive information is handled by paypal.
Product Availability
We update the availability of the entire stock list on a daily basis.
Items that are 'Out Of Stock' will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked 'In Stock', we will contact you.
You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
Out of Stock Orders
Occasionally items on our site will become 'Out Of Stock', and these items are marked as such in the site.
Accuracy of information
We research our products using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products.
Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
